A small list of terms and conditions, all of which are standard to most driving schools. Please read through these and ensure you understand them before booking.

CANCELLATIONS

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE THE AGREED LESSON TIME OR THE NORMAL LESSON FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

BLOCK BOOKINGS, INTENSIVE COURSES & OFFERS

All Block Bookings must be paid for in advance to receive the reduced rate.

A refund of money will not be paid if the pupil decides to cancel the course after taking a Special Offer, including block bookings, intensive courses and the PASS PLUS scheme.

PRACTICAL TEST

I reserve the right to withdraw the car for test without notice, should the pupil not be up to test standard.

RESPONSIBILITY

I can not be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency.

I cannot be held responsible for electrical or mechanical fault occurring during a lesson or test.

THE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR

As a self-employed, independent driving instructor; All lessons are booked direct with the Instructor and constitute an agreement between the Instructor and the pupil.

ROAD SAFETY

I reserve the right to cancel the lesson if the pupil is deemed to be unfit for driving due to alcohol, drugs or other medical reasons that may affect their safety and the safety of others.

I reserve the right to withdraw my car for tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard.
